Over here your unlucky if you get sued in 10 years, in fact Ive never even so much as had a single complaint. Unfortunately it looks like we are rapidly following the US example and insurance premiums are almost doubling every year. Public liabilty insurance for councils and public areas has gone so high that most places are being forced to shut down. Things like kids play grounds etc. This has been mostly pushed by lawyers. Shoot them all I think would make life much better.
